Q1. Are you licensed? 
A1. Yes. Our license number is LCK.0000169.

Q2. Are you insured? 
A2. Yes. We carry full liability coverage.

Q3. Are you bonded?
A3. Yes.  All of our staff has completed extensive background and drug tests.

Q4. How long have you been in business?
A4. Since March 2005.

Q5. Can all of the locks in my home or business be keyed to one key?
A5. Yes.  As long as all locks are of the same manufacturer.  If they are not, we can change those locks to match the others and then key all locks the same.

Q6. If I lost all the keys to my home or business, what do I do?  
A6. We can rekey all the locks and give you the new keys. It is not necessary to change all the lock hardware.

Q7. Can you program keys for cars?
A7.  In most cases yes.  You don't always have to go to the dealer. Please call us for verification.

Q8. Can you make keys for motorcycles?
A8. In most cases yes.

Q9. Do you have remotes in stock?
A9. All remotes can be ordered within 3 - 5 days.
